Orthotic Repair Services
If you are a local customer and will not be shipping your orthotics, there is a link on the *Place Order* page for you to place a local repair order:

On the "Place Order" page, select your required repairs from the appropriate drop down menu, then click "Add to Cart". (If ordering topcovers, be sure to include your shoe size). If you are confused about which options to choose, details are outlined on the "Topcovers" and "Base Repair" pages.
Next, you will be directed to a PayPal shopping cart, if you are finished shopping, click "Check Out"... If you need additional extras or repairs, click "Continue Shopping" to return to the "Place Order" page and select the other repairs you would like.
If you are placing an orthotic duplication order, the price includes topcovers for the duplicate only (if selected) and all other features your original orthotic is equipped with. However, you will need to place a topcover replacement order for your original orthotics as we need to remove all topcover elements in order to model the support shell. If your original orthotics have metatarsal pads, heel spur pads, arch pads, or any other "extras", you will need to add those to this topcover repair as well (not for the duplicate pair).
Once you have placed your order and checked out, we would like you to complete the "Customer Information Form" at the bottom of the "Order Confirmation" page, print and include with your orthotics. If you are not automatically redirected to the page, you can find a link on the "Place Order" page.
We use PayPal to process online payments, however, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account. You may use a credit card by selecting "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit" at checkout.
If you would prefer to pay with a check, contact us first, and we can instruct you how to place a check payment order.
You may send your orthotics to our lab using any shipping service you prefer. Be sure to use an appropriate container such as a padded envelope or small box (avoid single ply paper envelopes). If you use a self sealing package, be sure to tape the seam to prevent opening in transport. Please complete and print the "Customer Information Form" and include it with your orthotics. If you place your repair order from a mobile device, you can revisit orthoticfix.com at your convenience, find the link on the Place Order page, and print the form when you have access to a printer.

After you have completed the ordering process, enclose your orthotics along with the printed "Customer Information Form" in an appropriate container. Be sure to seal your package securely, then mail it to us for the completion of your repairs.
