We fix worn out custom made foot orthotics and have them delivered right to your mailbox! Our online order process is designed to be as simple and convenient as possible. Once we recieve your insoles, we repair them to your specifications and have them shipped back within days. Current in-lab time is posted at the bottom of this page and is updated regularly. (Return shipping usually takes 2-3 days with priority mail)

What You Do
Click on the place order page and select the desired repair services from the drop down menus, click "Add to Cart" after each selection. Proceed to check out and follow the PayPal payment instructions. (You do NOT need a PayPal account to complete payment, simply select the "Don't Have A PayPal Account?" option to use a credit card when checking out.) After the transaction is complete, click the "Return to KPR Labs" link and you will be sent to our order confirmation page. Fill out the customer information form on that page, print that page and include it with your orthotics package. If you place your repair order with a mobile device you can always go back to our website later to print the page to be sent with your inlays from the "Place Order" page. Seal your worn orthotics along with your printed page in a large padded envelope, small box, or flat rate mailing package. If you would like to print your own shipping label, we have provided a link to the USPS website.

If you don't print your own label, you can take your orthotics and the printed order page to your local post office and they can provide the appropriate packaging and postage.
